Camera Policy

Policy
 The Association has installed cameras on the Association property. These cameras are not utilized for the safety and security of the residents. The cameras serve only to protect Association Property from vandalism, theft, and destruction due to unauthorized use of common facilities.
Footage
 The footage from the cameras is not, monitored, reviewed, cataloged, or maintained as an official record of the Association. Any video footage obtained is overwritten within approximately thirty (30) days of recording.
Access to footage
 If a property owner wants access to view any footage obtained from the camera, the owner must make the request in writing detailing the dates and times requested. To the extent the footage has not been overwritten, the Association will make the video available on Association property.

Note:  The Association is not responsible for the quality of the images obtained or lapsed in the recording.
Cost
 All costs associated with allowing access to the footage including but not limited to retrieving, compiling, and copying, will be the responsibility of the owner requesting access. Access will also be provided to law enforcement upon request at no cost.
