Policy
Our policy is to ensure that the Community Center Amenities are for the exclusive use of Queen’s Harbour owners and other authorized users only.  Community Center Amenities include…

  • Community center building (includes restrooms and playground)
  • Fitness center
  • Pool
  • Tennis courts
  • Pickleball courts
  • Pavilion
Property owners
Property owners are issued amenity key cards when they purchase a home.  Use the below chart to determine, number of keys, fees and access.

Tenants
Tenants are issued amenity key cards when they rent/lease a home.  Use the below chart to determine number of keys, fees and access.

Non-resident (tennis/pickleball)
Non-resident single and family will be issued amenity key cards once his/her tennis and/or pickleball fees have been paid.  Use below chart to determine number of keys, fees and access.

Note:  Non-resident members must be 12 years of age or older to be issued an amenity key card.

Lost and stolen cards
Authorized users must report lost or stolen amenity key cards to the POA office immediately for deactivation to prevent unauthorized use.

The POA office.
Replacement cards
Replacement cards may be issued to property owners, tenants, and non-resident tennis/pickleball players.
