Tennis Guest Policy

Policy
 Residents and non-resident tennis members may bring guests to play tennis at the QH tennis facility.  All tennis guests must be accompanied by their host, and the host must register each tennis guest prior to going on court.
Guest registration

Note:  If the pro shop is closed when a non-registered guest arrives to play, the host shall fill out a guest card and place it in the box outside of the pro shop.  At the time of registration, the host is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their guest, including name and contact details.
Max visits
 An individual tennis guest is limited to a maximum of six visits per calendar year.
Guest fee
 Use the below chart to determine fees…

If the guest is… Then the fee is…
registered before going on court $10.00
NOT registered before going on court $50.00
under age 18 $0

Note:  All guest fees are the responsibility of the host.
Record keeping
 The pro shop will maintain a record of all tennis guest registrations, including the host name, the guest’s name, and the date.
Violations
 Failure to adhere to this policy may result in penalties, including but not limited to temporary suspension of tennis court privileges.
